If you are figuring out how to work through depression, anxiety, identity clarification, stress, transitions, relationships or one of the many challenges that life throws at us, we may be a good fit to work together.

I work to support people of all ages, eight years old to adults.  I appreciate working with all genders and strive to provide an LGBTQIA+ affirming and anti-oppressive space.

In our work together we will use a range of techniques that may include: Values and identity work, Solution Focused, Mindfulness, as well as addressing unhelpful thinking patterns,  processing emotions, identifying strengths, resilience, and skill building. I'll do my best to personalize our sessions to fit your goals.
