Individual Counseling/Family Counseling
Rate: $185 per 55 minute session
Sliding Scale: $45-$185 – I have limited sliding scale spots based on income and household size, contact me for more info.
Insurance
Accepting: Premera, Cigna, Regence, Aetna (PPO plans), Kaiser Permanente (PPO plans), First Choice Health . I am also happy to provide an invoice/superbill, which many insurances will reimburse as OUT-OF-NETWORK.
Group
Rate: $40-$60 per group depending on type of group and number of group members
